All Wrestle Within apparel is made-to-order and fulfilled by our print partner, Printify. Because each item is produced only after you place your order, shipping happens in two stages: production and transit.

• Production time: typically 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
• Transit time (U.S.): typically 3–7 business days after production.
• International transit: typically 10–20 business days; customs delays may apply.
• Free shipping on U.S. orders over $100.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates — carrier delays, weather, and customs are outside our control. If your package appears lost in transit (no movement for 10+ business days domestically or 30+ days internationally), contact us and we'll work with Printify to file a claim or arrange a reshipment.

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout are the customer's responsibility. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs will be billed to the customer.

All sales are final. Wrestle Within does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.

Because every product is custom-printed on demand by Printify, we are unable to restock or resell returned items. Please review the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.

Defects, misprints, and damaged items

Printify covers manufacturing defects, printing errors, and items damaged in transit. If your order arrives with any of the following, we'll arrange a free replacement:

• Print misalignment, fading, or missing print elements
• Wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color shipped versus what you ordered
• Tears, stains, or damage present on arrival

To file a claim, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (including the print area and any damage). Once Printify approves the claim, a replacement will be produced and shipped at no cost to you. Refunds in place of replacement are issued only when a replacement cannot be produced.

Normal wear, washing damage, and issues caused by improper garment care are not covered. Follow the care instructions on each product's inner label.

Wrestle Within LLC ("Wrestle Within," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's handled when you use wrestlewithin.com.

Information we collect

• Order information: name, shipping address, email, and order details, collected through Shopify checkout.
• Payment information: processed directly by Shopify Payments and/or third-party processors. We do not store full card numbers.
• Account information: if you create a customer account, Shopify stores your login credentials and order history.
• Usage data: basic analytics such as pages viewed, device type, and referring source, used to improve the site.

How we use it

• Fulfilling and shipping your orders (shared with Printify to produce and ship).
• Sending order confirmations, shipping notifications, and support responses.
• Preventing fraud and abuse.
• Improving product offerings and site experience.

Third parties

We share the minimum data required with: Shopify (checkout, accounts, payments), Printify (production and shipping), and payment processors. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have additional rights, including opting out of marketing communications.

The site uses essential cookies for cart and checkout functionality, plus analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Products

All products are made-to-order via Printify. Colors shown on screen may vary slightly from the physical product due to monitor calibration and dye lot variation. Sizes are printed on demand — please consult the size guide before ordering.

Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

Final sale

All orders are final sale. Refunds and replacements are limited to the defect/damage cases described in the Returns & Exchanges section above.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, wordmarks, photography, and copy on this site are the property of Wrestle Within and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrestle Within is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or a purchase from this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
