— MENTAL HEALTH —
WIN THE WAR WITHIN.
The hardest battles don't happen on the mat. They happen in the dark, in silence, when nobody is watching. We built Wrestle Within so you never have to fight them alone.
— WHY WE CARE —
The Fight Nobody Sees
Wrestle Within was born in a season of depression that almost won. Our founder, Jestin, started wrestling at five years old — but even before that, he was already fighting battles no one could see. School was hard. Wrestling became hard. The pain followed him everywhere, and it eventually broke him down.
With support, faith, and the courage to face those battles head-on, he came back stronger. Today Wrestle Within exists for every athlete, every believer, every young person lying awake at night wondering if the fight is worth it.
We believe mental health is not weakness. It is sacred ground. And asking for help is one of the bravest things you can do.
